TableRica Terms of Service
Last updated: September 13, 2026
1. App Disclaimer
TableRica is provided “AS IS”. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure reliability and accuracy, we cannot guarantee that the app will operate perfectly in every situation.
We are not responsible for:
- Loss of order data — if an order is not saved correctly.
- Display errors — including incorrect table numbers, incorrectly displayed orders or incorrect statuses.
- Connection problems — if the app disconnects from Firestore because of network issues.
- App crashes — if the app stops working during use.
- Missing tables — if a table is no longer displayed because of synchronization issues or accidental deletion.
- Duplicate or missing orders — if an order is created twice or does not appear in the system.
- Price calculation errors — if an order total is incorrect.
- Payment problems — including transaction errors involving Google Play Billing or Stripe.
- Printing problems — if a receipt does not print or prints incorrectly.
- App availability — if TableRica is offline or unavailable.
If a problem occurs: the restaurant remains responsible for managing tables and orders manually until the problem is resolved. We recommend maintaining paper backup records for critical orders.
